Indonesian citizen, born in Sumedang on April 25, 1964. He earned a Bachelor of State Administration degree from Padjadjaran University, Bandung in 1989. Previously, He served as Secretary of the Human Resources Development Agency and Head of the Secretary General's General Bureau in Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
