- Installation of gas pipelines in buildings, including their maintenance and/or

Requirements for Registration

GENERAL TERMS

• Attach an application letter as a participant in the Direct Election to participate in the procurement process addressed to the Procurement Manager of PT Pertagas Niaga.
• Attach a photocopy of the Business Place Permit (SITU) / Company Domicile Certificate.
• Attach a photocopy of a valid Company Registration Certificate (TDP).
• Attach a photocopy of a valid Trading Business Permit (SIUP).
• Original Bank Reference from national commercial bank.
• Attach a photocopy of the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)
• Attach a photocopy of the Taxable Entrepreneur Confirmation Letter (SPPKP).
• Copy of Financial Statements that have been audited by a Public Accounting Firm and there is an auditor's opinion for the last 3 (three) years in Indonesian or English to assess the company's financial capability with criteria including Total Assets, Working Capital, Debt Equity Ratio, Liquidity Ratio and Net Worth.
• Attach a photocopy of the Deed of Establishment of the Company and the Letter of Approval from the Minister of Law/Minister of Justice.
• Attach a photocopy of the Deed of Change of Company and the Approval Sheet from the Minister of Law.
• Attach a photocopy of the valid Resident Identity Card (KTP) of the Company Management.
• List of capital ownership structure.
• Composition of the Company's Management (Board of Directors and Commissioners).

SPECIAL TERMS

• Has experience in carrying out projects in the field of oil and/or natural gas and/or its derivatives, preferably having carried out projects in logistics/natural gas processing including but not limited to: gas processing/gas transportation (LNG/CNG) / gas storage (gas storaging) as evidenced by a copy of the contract and a copy of the Minutes of Work Completion of 100% and/or other evidence.
• Has experience in carrying out projects in the field of oil and/or and their derivatives/natural gas and/or their derivatives with a cumulative contract value of more than US$ 3,000,000.00 (three million US dollars) in 1 year as evidenced by copy of contract/ Minutes of Work Completion 100% and/or other evidence.
• The company has ISO 9001 Certificate.
• Have a valid Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) Pass Certificate issued by PT Pertamina (Persero) / Subsidiary / Grandson of PT Pertamina (Persero) with a graduation category at the High Risk level, proven by photocopy of Certificate of Passing CSMS.
• For companies that register, they must make a Power of Attorney from the company with a stamp duty of Rp. 6,000, - (except the Director/Deputy Director).

Note

1. One umbrella company applies the following conditions:
   
   • Not included in the group of companies whose capital ownership the majority is owned by the same person/owner to follow the same procurement process.
   • Has no affiliation, namely a relationship between 2 (two) or more companies where there is 1 (one) or more majority/capital owners the majority, members of the same Board of Directors or Commissioners to participate in the same procurement process.
2. All registration documents are arranged systematically in a neat format, complete with cover, table of contents, delimiters between documents.
3. For companies that register if the registration documents do not meet the pre-qualification requirements, they cannot be invited to take part in the next stages of the procurement process.
4. This procurement process refers to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Pertamina Gas No. Kpts – 055/PG0000/2013-S0 concerning the Procurement of Goods and Services.

Short Description of Scope of Work

PT Pertagas Niaga (”PTGN”) is committed to providing gas from LNG regasification for gas users in the industrial and industrial sectors. commercial (“Consumer”) in the Northern Sumatra Region (“Sumbagut”). To fulfill this commitment, PTGN will carry out LNG Procurement activities from the LNG source in Bontang or other sources until it arrives in Lhokseumawe – Aceh, LNG Transportation from Lhokseumawe to Sumbagut, and LNG Storage and Regasification in the Consumer area.

In line with these activities, PTGN intends to appoint work partners ("Service Providers") to cooperate with PTGN as part of the from the supply of gas resulting from LNG regasification (“Projects”) in the form of investment by Service Providers with the output of providing Transportation and Storage Services and LNG Regasification (“Services”), which include but are not limited to:

< strong>LNG Transportation Services (Investment by Service Providers) - procurement and operational stages of LNG ISO Tank, head truck unit, trailer/chassis unit, driver and driver assistant, maintenance personnel, other supporting facilities needed (maintenance workshop , HSE equipment, stickers, etc.), as well as permits needed in the procurement and operational stages.

LNG Storage and Regasification Services (Invest ation by the Service Provider) - the procurement and operational stages of the LNG storage facility including the implementation of its engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (“EPCIC”), LNG regasification facilities including its EPCIC, land for storage and LNG regasification for each consumer, operator and maintenance staff for LNG storage and regasification facilities, other necessary supporting facilities (HSE equipment, piping systems, lighting facilities), gas measuring/metering tools resulting from LNG regasification including supervisory control systems and data acquisition (“SCADA”), as well as the required permits in the EPCIC and operational stages.
