It is hereby announced that the procurement process for the work :

Procurement of Services for Transportation and Storage of LNG and Gas Turbine Regasification will be carried out Power Plant

at PLTG Sambera – East Kalimantan


Qualification : B (Large)/ Have a net worth of more than (>) Rp.10 Billion

Classification : Implementation Services Construction / Other Services

Field of Work : Mechanical / Other Services include:

- Installation of gas pipelines in buildings, including their maintenance. and or

- Construction of oil, gas and energy pipelines, including their maintenance (engineering works). and or;

- Oil and gas production, storage facilities, including maintenance (engineering work)

- Fuel/ CNG transportation services


Registration will take place on :

Date : May 10, 2016 to May 13, 2016

Time : 08.00 WIB to 15.30WIB

Place : Procurement Function , 16th Floor Patra Jasa Building, Jl.Jend. Gatot Subroto Kav 32-34, Jakarta.


Requirements for Registration

1). GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Attach a letter of application as a participant in the Direct Election to participate in the procurement process addressed to the Procurement Manager of PT Pertagas Niaga.
Attach a photocopy of the Business Place Permit (SITU) / Certificate of Domicile Company.
Attach a photocopy of a valid Company Registration Certificate (TDP).
Attach a photocopy of a valid Trading Business Permit (SIUP).
Original Bank Reference from a national commercial bank.
Attach a photocopy of the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)
Attach a photocopy of the Taxable Entrepreneur Confirmation Letter (SPPKP).
Copy of the Financial Statements that have been audited by the Public Accounting Firm and there is an auditor's opinion for the last 3 (three) years in Indonesian or English to assess the company's financial capability with criteria including Total Assets, Working Capital, Debt Equity Ratio, Liquidity Ratio and Net Worth.
Attach a photocopy of the Company's Deed of Establishment and Approval Sheet of the Minister of Law/Ministry of Justice.
Attach a photocopy of the Deed of Change of Company and the Approval Sheet of the Minister ofHuCam.
Attach a photocopy of a valid Identity Card (KTP) of the Company's Management.
List of composition of capital ownership.
Composition of the Company's Management (Board of Directors and Commissioners).



2). SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Has experience in carrying out projects in the oil and gas sector, preferably having carried out projects in the field of logistics/natural gas processing including but not limited to: gas processing / gas transportation (LNG/ CNG)/ gas storaging as evidenced by a copy of the contract and a copy of the Minutes of Work Completion 100% and/or other evidence.
Has experience in carrying out large-sized projects in the oil and gas sector with cumulative contract value in 1 year is more than US$ 5 Million as evidenced by a copy of the contract/ Minutes of Work Completion 100% and/or other evidence.
Have ISO 9001 Certificate
Have a Certificate of Passing Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) which is still valid issued by PT Pertamina (Persero) / Subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero) with a passing category at the High Risk level, evidenced by fo tocopy of CSMS Pass Certificate.
Or for companies that do not have a CSMS Pass Certificate, they are required to fill out the CSMS form and supporting documents according to the attached form (will be assessed by the CSMS Implementation Team where the results must meet the pass category at the High Risk level / Height).

For companies that register to make a Power of Attorney from the company with a stamp duty of Rp.6,000,-(except Director/Vice Director).



Note

One umbrella company applies the following provisions:
Not included in the group of companies whose capital ownership the majority is owned by the same person/owner to participate in the same procurement process.
No affiliation, namely the relationship between 2 (two) or more companies in which there are 1 (one) or more majority shareholders/capital owners majority , members of the same Board of Directors or Commissioners to participate in the same procurement process.
All registration documents are systematically arranged in a neat format, complete with cover, table of contents, delimiters between documents.
For companies registrants if the registration documents do not meet the pre-qualification requirements, they cannot be invited to take part in the next stages of the procurement process.
Pros This procurement refers to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Pertamina Gas No. Kpts – 055/PG0000/2013-S0 regarding the Procurement of Goods and Services.
