It is hereby announced that the procurement process for the works :


Procurement 4 (four ) ISO Tank LNG Unit


Qualification : B (Large)/ Have a net worth of more than (>)Rp.10 Billion

Classification : Procurement of Goods

Field of Work : Exploration, Production and Advanced Processing

Sub Field of Work : Equipment/Building Materials/ Tanks, Metal/Non-Metal Materials, Steel Ropes, Chains, Packaging Materials, Binding Materials and Accessories

Terms – Registration Requirements :

1). GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Attach a letter of application as a participant in the Direct Election to participate in the procurement process addressed to the Procurement Manager.
Attach a photocopy of the Business Place Permit (SITU) / Certificate of Company Domicile.
Attach a photocopy of a valid Company Registration Certificate (TDP).
Attach a photocopy of a valid Trading Business Permit (SIUP).
Original Bank Reference from a national commercial bank.
Attach a photocopy of the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)
Attach a photocopy of the Confirmation Letter of a Taxable Entrepreneur (SPPKP).
Attach a photocopy of the last year's company financial statements/balance sheet that has been audited by the Public Accountant Office (any Opinion ).
Attach a photocopy of the Deed of Establishment of the Company and the Letter of Approval of the Minister of Law/Ministry of Justice.
Attach a photocopy of the Deed of Change of the Company and the Approval Sheet of the Minister ofHuCam.
Attach a photocopy of the Identity Card (KTP) of the Company Management which is still valid .


2). SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Have work experience within the last 5 (five) years for procurement/supply of ISO Tank LNG by attaching a list of work experience as evidenced by 1 (one) copy of the contract and 1 (one) copy of the contract. (one) copy of Minutes of Work Completion 100%.
A list of work experience is made in a table which at least contains the following information:

- Name of project/job

- Location of project/work

- Name of assignor/project owner

- Value of work/contract

- Duration of implementation

- Status in carrying out the work at that time (main contractor, sub contractor or supplier).

2. Is an official Business Partner/ Distributor/ Agent of the offered ISO Tank LNG brand, proven by a Business Partner Certificate or Internal Agreement or a valid Agency/ Distributor Agreement from the Principal/ Manufacturer.

3. Attach a brochure of ISO Tank LNG offered.

4. For companies that register, they must make a Power of Attorney from the company with a stamp duty of Rp. 6,000, - (except the Director/Deputy Director).


Note :

One umbrella company shall apply the following provisions:
Not included in the group of companies whose capital ownership is the majority owned by the same person/owner to participate in the same procurement process.
No affiliation, namely a relationship between 2 (two) or more companies where there is 1 (one) ) or more than majority/capital owners majority, members of the same Board of Directors or Commissioners to follow one process the same procurement.
All registration documents are arranged systematically in a neat format, complete with cover, table of contents, and delimiters between documents.
For registrant companies, if the registration documents do not meet the pre-qualification requirements, they cannot be invited to participate. the next stage of the procurement process.
This procurement process refers to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Pertamina Gas No. Kpts – 055/PG0000/2013-S0 regarding the Procurement of Goods and Services.
