PT Pertagas Niaga (a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Gas) invites business people who are experts and experienced in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales transactions ) to partner with PT Pertagas Niaga as :


Service Provider for Direct Selling Gas Agent in West Java


Registration will take place on :

Date : 16 to 18 September 2015

Time : 8.00 am to 15.00 WIB

Place : PT Pertagas Niaga - Procurement Function, Patra Jasa Building, Office Tower 16th Floor, Jl.Jend. Gatot Subroto Kav 32-34, Jakarta.



Terms – Registration Requirements :

1). GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Attach a photocopy of the Business Place Permit (SITU) / Company Domicile Certificate.
Attach a photocopy of the Company Registration Certificate (TDP).
Attach a photocopy of the Trading Business Permit (SIUP).
Original Bank Reference from national commercial bank.
Attach photocopy of Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)
Attach photocopy of Confirmation Letter of Taxable Entrepreneur (SPPKP).
Attach photocopy 2014 financial statements/ balance sheet of the Company
Attach a photocopy of the Deed of Establishment of the Company and the Letter of Approval from the Minister of Law/Ministry of Justice.
Attach a photocopy of the Deed of Change of Company and the Approval Sheet of the Minister of Law.
Attach a photocopy of the Identity Card (KTP) of the Company Management which is still valid.



2). SPECIAL TERMS

1. Attach a list of experiences in the last 10 (ten) years in the field of B2B sales or similar fields, evidenced by a copy of the contract (for outsourcing work). This list shall at least contain the following information (sample list of Work Experience is attached):

- Name of project/job

- Location of project/work

- Name of assignor/project owner

- Value of work/contract

- Year of completion

- Floor area/building under construction

- Implementation period

Status in carrying out the work at that time (main contractor, sub-contractor or supplier).

2. Having a sales staff of more than 10 people, as evidenced by attaching a CV.

3. For companies that register, they must make a Power of Attorney from the company with a stamp duty of Rp. 6,000, - (except for the Director/Deputy Director).


Note :

One umbrella company shall apply the following provisions:
Not included in the group of companies whose capital ownership is the majority is owned by the same person/owner to participate in the same procurement process.
No affiliation, namely a relationship between 2 (two) or more companies where there is 1 (one) ) or more than majority/capital owners majority, members of the same Board of Directors or Commissioners to follow one process the same procurement.

All registration documents are systematically arranged in a neat format, complete with cover, table of contents, and delimiters between documents.
For the registrant company, if the registration document does not meet the pre-qualification requirements, it will not may be invited to take part in the next stage of the procurement process.
This procurement process refers to the Director's Decree ction of PT Pertamina Gas No. Kpts – 055/PG0000/2013-S0 regarding the Procurement of Goods and Services.
