PT Pertagas Niaga (a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Gas) invites business people who are experts and experienced in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales transactions to partnered with PT Pertagas Niaga as :


Service Provider as Direct Selling Gas Agent in West Java


Registration is carried out on :

Date : 1 to 7 September 2015

Time : 8.00 am to 15.00 WIB

Place : PT Pertagas Niaga - Procurement Function, Patra Jasa Office Tower Building 16th Floor, Jl.Jend. Gatot Subroto Kav 32-34, Jakarta.



Terms – Registration Requirements :

1). GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Attach a photocopy of the Business Place Permit (SITU) / Company Domicile Certificate.
Attach a photocopy of the Company Registration Certificate (TDP).
Attach a photocopy of the Trading Business Permit (SIUP).
Original Bank Reference from national commercial bank.
Attach photocopy of Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)
Attach photocopy of Confirmation Letter of Taxable Entrepreneur (SPPKP).
Attach photocopy Company's 2014 financial statements/balance sheet.
Attach a photocopy of the Deed of Establishment of the Company and the Letter of Approval from the Minister of Law/Ministry of Justice.
Attach a photocopy of the Deed of Change of the Company and the Approval Sheet of the Minister ofHuKam.
Attach a photocopy of the Identity Card (KTP) The current management of the company.



2). SPECIAL TERMS

1. Attach a list of experiences in the last 10 (ten) years in the field of B2B sales or similar fields, as evidenced by a copy of the contract (for outsourcing work). This list shall at least contain the following information (sample list of Work Experience is attached):

- Name of project/job

- Location of project/work

- Name of assignor/project owner

- Value of work/contract

- Year of completion

Status in carrying out the work at the time (main contractor, sub contractors or suppliers).

2. Have a sales staff of more than 10 people, as evidenced by attaching a CV.

3. For companies that register, they must make a Power of Attorney from the company with a stamp duty of Rp. 6,000, - (except for the Director/Deputy Director).


Note :

One umbrella company applies the following provisions:
Not included in the group of companies whose capital ownership is majority owned by the same person/owner to participate in the same procurement process.
No affiliation, namely a relationship between 2 (two) or more companies where there is 1 (one) or more shareholders the majority/capital owner majority, the same member of the Board of Directors or Commissioners to participate in the same procurement process.

All registration documents are systematically arranged in a neat format, complete with cover, table of contents, and delimiters between documents.
For companies that register if the registration documents do not meet the pre-qualification requirements, they cannot be invited to take part in the next stage of the procurement process.
This procurement process refers to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Pertamina G as No. Kpts – 055/PG0000/2013-S0 regarding the Procurement of Goods and Services.
