Defending Zero Accident, Pertagas Regains K3 Award
Jakarta – PT Pertagas Niaga is a subsidiary of Sub Holding Gas Pertamina, continuously committed to advancing security aspects in carrying out its operations. This is demonstrated by regaining the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SSM3) award with a score of 79.69%. Not only that, PTGN is also recommended to obtain the “Good Rating” category of Initial Level (64 Criteria) organized by the Ministry of Employment of the Republic of Indonesia.
This SMK3 award assesses the implementation of occupational health and safety or K3 aspects around the workplace that, unnoticed, could endanger the workforce, customers and society. The assessment is carried out through the verification of data and documents conducted directly by the Ministry of Employment of the Republic of Indonesia.
“This accomplishment is not without the commitment and support of all PTGN employees. And we will continue to strive for better,” said Aminuddin, President of PTGN.
In addition to winning the SMK3 award, PTGN this year also won two other awards, namely CEO concern and Safety Culture, held by World Safety Indonesia (WSO).
The implementation of K3 cultural values in the PTGN environment has been the basis on the road towards achieving the vision of becoming a world-class natural gas trading company. This award will be a driving force for PTGN to continuously improve performance and continue to mark other achievements.
